All inquiries and requests must be made by submitting an inquiry through our ERM Customer Support System so that we can continue to work hard to ensure we provide you with a high level of excellent customer service. Our dedicated payroll team monitors these inquiries from 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.
We have numerous online resources and reporting tools which can be found in our recent announcement regarding the importance of payroll register review. Department administrators can also utilize our helpful Pitt Worx late action charts to assist with understanding how to process late changes.

Regular Payroll Announcements and Communications
All major announcements and communications from the payroll department are sent to our main payroll email distribution list. You are welcome to subscribe to our payroll email distribution list if you would like sign up to receive our payroll communications.
Please note: our payroll announcements and communications are mainly geared towards department administrators and individuals who work closely with the payroll department. Most announcements and communications are available on the announcements page of our website.
Payroll Register Review Reminders
We send payroll register review reminders during every payroll to a separate distribution list. The payroll register review reminders are sent to all department administrators who have access to review the preview payroll register reports. You will automatically be added to or removed from the email distribution list for the register reminders based on your access. The Pitt Worx access form must be completed and processed through OHR if your register access needs to be added, removed, or modified.
